Blog Day - August 31, 2011 08/26/2011
Hi Everybody, Yes. I know it is kinda geeky but there really is a Blog Day. It is next Wednesday August 31, 2011. If you would like to get your kids blogging (web journaling) there is a really great site for young kids called kidblog.org. This site is especially great for young kids because it does not require student emails and you can set it up in just a few minutes. Kidblog.org is designed for elementary and middle school teachers who want to provide each student with their own, unique blog. Kidblog's simple, yet powerful tools allow students to publish posts and participate in discussions within a secure classroom blogging community. Teachers maintain complete control over student blogs. Set up your class with no student email addresses. Provide your students with an authentic, engaging, and interactive learning experience with Kidblog. Learn more... Also if you want to introduce the topic of blogging to your kids you can go to Brainpop.com and share a movie on the topic. Enjoy, -e. 1 Comment Special Education App Collection 07/10/2011
